Community organization hosting conversation about ARPA funds and more at Robinson CLC

From 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on May 9 at Robinson Community Learning Center, 1156 4th Ave., Yours and Mine Akron United Communities Civics Organization is hosting an event featuring Kyle Julien, Akron's planning director, and city finance director Steve Fricker.

Topics of discussion include the allocation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and plans for the enhancement of Akron's homestead communities and business districts.

The event will start at 6 p.m. with a prayer and a light dinner.

Speakers are scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by a question and answer session.
